This hotel is not really deserving of the Hilton name. It's ok if you expect a generic hotel with an average room and an inedible breakfast where every serving of egg appears burnt, the sausage patties all appear half browned and the potatoes are cold. Fortunately there is cereal and oatmeal. The sleeper couch in the studio room is very cheap and not comfortable as a bed. The TV is shockingly poorly installed with the cable box hanging by a rats nest of cabling behind it. There were no less than 4 light bulbs out in the room. Towels were hard and cheap. There are three positives: 1. Good water pressure in the shower. 2. It seems to be quite clean. 3. Location if you're visiting the caverns.

Stayed here to go to Carlsbad national park. Hotel was good, breakfast was good, gym was nice, all was clean, check in lady was exceptional and welcoming. Key card accesses took a few passes to work. Close to food, gas, and the park. Good experience and recommend this location!

The gym does not have a full set of weights. There aren’t many restaurants nearby. The hotel is well-kept and the breakfast is good.

The hotel was great and the staff were pleasant. Great location and a short drive to Carlsbad Caverns. Breakfast was delicious. The pool & whirpool were clean and enjoyable. The hotel and room were clean.

So this is in a great location. A Walmart right next door. Only 20 min from the caverns and 50 min from the Guadalupe mountains. The room are clean but the bathroom had a few broken tiles. The cookies where not out the first night but we made up the next night. The breakfast is ok but the gravy for the biscuits I couldn't eat. Way to much salt and not stured so it burned.

Check in great. Staff member was very helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Restaurant and Walmart within walking distance. Breakfast was nice too.

The perfect stay! Everything about this hotel is top notch. Check in, check out, cleanliness, great shower pressure, superb breakfast with a variety of waffles, omelettes, meat, potatoes, cereal, hot chocolate, it’s all here. Very quiet in the rooms as well. We will definitely be staying here every time we’re in the area.

Room smelled like mold...and made my wife and kid sick...literally. Pet friendly? 10x10 foot fake grass area is not pet friendly. Only 1 elevator worked, the entire 4 days we were there. Bathroom was filthy, dirt and grime in every …
